SALES MANAGER

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company’s customer base and ensure a strong market presence in local renewable energy market; Negotiate and close business deals with B2B customers, meeting the company’s growth objectives; Create and conduct workshops on the installation of solar air conditioners and energy-saving methods. This curriculum should educate participants on the benefits and workings of solar technology and energy conservation. Use these workshops as an outreach program to foster brand loyalty, boost customer retention, and stimulate a referral system; Demonstrate the controlling function and data analysis of the solar system application. Assist B2B customers in setting up centralized climate management on the Solar AC mobile app; Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with company sales goals; use social media platforms to generate leads, drive website traffic, and establish brand identity; Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize the approach and increase engagement; Maintain regular posting on all platforms; Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify area for improvement and drive sales growth; Manage Solar AC dealership/partnership in Rota, Tinian and other sub-markets; Develop a reasonable minimum order quantity (MOQ) for these sub-markets and determine their sales goals; Select and prepare Solar Aircon and other renewable energy products for consumer rebate programs under various government agencies; Develop a plan to educate customers about rebate and grant applications for related products; Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, providing sales history and forecasts to key stakeholders; Liaise with the installation team to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings for the air conditioner products and solar installations; Implement and manage a CRM system to optimize customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze data for strategic decision-making.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field; and

At least 24 months experience in Sales Management and Business Development.
Working Conditions: Full-time (40 hours per week).
